1st Place Company Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Company Driver of the Month, Shari Goss! Shari, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since February of 2019, graduated from Careers Worldwide Driving School with her CDL! Shari was drawn to a career in the trucking industry by a desire to make a better living and explore the country, and over the last four years, she has done precisely that! In the month of February, Shari was able to run over 11,000 miles with a perfect service record, propelling her to win this great honor! When she isn’t behind the wheel, Shari enjoys spending her free time getting her nails done and visiting friends!

Vincent Carreathers
Runner Up Company Driver of the Month
Our Runner Up Company Driver of the Month is Vincent Carreathers! Vincent, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since October of 2019, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! Over the month of February, Vincent ran nearly 11,000 miles while maintaining a perfect safety record, earning him this award! Vincent enjoys the traveling aspect of being a truck driver, and has goals of one day joining the Million Miler Haul of Fame at Stevens Transport! Outside of work, Vincent can be found spending time fishing or watching his favorite show, NCIS!

David James
1st Place Independent Contractor of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Independent Contractor of the Month, David James! David, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since April of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! David started his career at Stevens Transport as a company driver before taking the next steps to advance his career by becoming an Independent Contractor! In the coming months, David has plans to purchase his own truck and become an owner operator with Stevens Transport! Outside of work, David enjoys spending his free time watching movies and relaxing!

Runner-Up Independent Contractor of the Month
Our Runner Up Independent Contractor of the Month is Uchenna Nwabuike! Uchenna, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since September of 2021, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! Uchenna was drawn to a career in trucking by a desire to be his own boss, and as an independent contractor, he is able to run his own business and maximize his earnings while traveling the country delivering freight! When he isn’t driving, Uchenna enjoys spending his free time visiting his family and friends!

Aaron Daniels
1st Place Grad Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Grad Driver of the Month, Aaron Daniels! Aaron, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2022, graduated with his CDL from DDA in Little Rock, Arkansas! In the month of February, Aaron ran nearly 11,000 miles, leading all grad drivers in the company, and earning this incredible award! As a new driver, the possibilities are endless for Aaron, but he has his sights set on becoming an owner operator and joining the Haul of Fame at Stevens Transport! Outside of work, Aaron enjoys watching sports and spending time with friends!

Jesus Cantu Bautista
Runner-Up Grad Driver of The Month
Our Runner Up Grad Driver of the Month is Jesus Cantu Bautista! Jesus, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since October of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! Jesus has set himself apart from the competition since becoming a solo driver, averaging nearly 10,000 miles in his first five months as a driver! When asked why he chose Stevens Transport, Jesus said, “I knew that I needed the best training in the industry if I wanted to achieve my goals as a driver!” When he isn’t behind the wheel, Jesus enjoys spending his free time watching Netflix and relaxing with his family!

Jasmine Jones & Elante Jamerson
1st Place Team of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Team Drivers of the Month, Jasmine Jones, and Elante Jamerson! Jasmine and Elante joined the Stevens Transport driving force in Augusts of 2022, and the team has been off to a hot start ever since! Over the month of February, this dynamic duo was able to run over 22,000 miles and maintain a perfect service record, earning themselves this incredible award! When this team isn’t on the road, they enjoy taking time to relax, visit family, and travel!

Owen Smith
Owner-Operator of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Owner Operator of the Month, Owen Smith! Owen, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since February of 1996, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Over his 26 year career with Stevens Transport, Owen has covered over three million accident free miles, completed leases, purchased trucks, and nearly everything there is to accomplish in this industry. Its no surprise that this Stevens all-star is adding another award to his resume, having run 11,500 miles this month! Outside of work, you can find Owen spending his free time visiting family and enjoying being outdoors!

Patrick Baniono
Trainer of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Trainer of the Month, Patrick Bationo! Patrick, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since March of 2015, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! As a driver trainer, Patrick enjoys maximizing his earnings while also helping new drivers sharpen their skills in this industry! Since becoming a driver trainer, Patrick has successfully trained 22 new drivers to become solo drivers at Stevens Transport and driver over two million miles! Outside of work, Patrick enjoys cooking and spending time with family!

James Michael Latterner
Runner Up Trainer of the Month
Our Runner Up Trainer of the Month is James Latterner! James, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since January of 2001, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! As a driver trainer, Thomas has successfully trained nearly 100 new drivers into successful solo drivers and members of the Stevens Transport driving force! James is known by his trainees as an incredible mentor that connects with his students as both a teacher and a friend! When he isn’t training a new driver, James enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with family!

1st Place Dedicated Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Dedicated Driver of the Month, Thomas Workman Jr! Thomas, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since December of 2021, graduated with his CDL from Roadmaster Driving School! Thomas started his career as an OTR driver, and with hard work, determination, and dedication, Timothy received an opportunity to become part of the Stevens Transport rail dedicated division. As a rail driver, Thomas plays the vital role of taking our customers freight to and from our nation’s railways for delivery across the country! Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending his free time watching football and spending time with family!

Jose Alberto
Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month
Our Runner Up Company Driver of the Month is Jose Alberto! Jose, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since January of 2009, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! As a comfort zone dedicated driver, Jose enjoys running regular routes in the southeast, as he is able to get very familiar with the roadways, and the distribution centers along his route. Jose has run over 925,000 career miles at Stevens Transport, and will be celebrating reaching the million mile mark this year! When he isn’t behind the wheel, Jose enjoys spending time with his family and friends!
