Mateo Ganzalez

1st Place Company Driver of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Company Driver of the Month, Mateo Gonzalez! Mateo, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since June of 2003, following his graduation from the Stevens Driving Academy! Mateo has been a highly successful member of our driving force, for over two decades, having won several driver of the month awards and run nearly two million miles over his career! This month was another incredible month for Mateo, running over 12,000 miles and adding another Driver of the Month award to his collection! Outside of work, Mateo enjoys spending time with family and speaking German!

Melvin Shelton

Runner Up Company Driver of the Month

Our Runner Up Company Driver of the Month is Melvin Shelton! Melvin, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since February of 2022, graduated from Lone Star Community College with his CDL. Over the month of January, Melvin was able to run nearly 11,500 miles, earning him this great award just 11 months after his first day with Stevens Transport! When asked what he attributes his success to, Melvin was quick to mention the training program at Stevens Transport! Outside of work, Melvin enjoys spending his free time relaxing and watching sports!

Robert Jacobs

1st Place Independent Contractor of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Independent Contractor of the Month, Robert Jacobs! Robert, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since March of 2019, graduated from Tennessee Truck Driving School with his CDL. Robert began his career at Stevens Transport as a company driver, but with goals of becoming an owner operator, Robert made the decision to take the next steps and become an independent contractor! In January, Robert ran nearly 12,500 miles and maintained a perfect service record! When he isn’t behind the wheel, Robert enjoys spending time with family!

Anthony Gates Sr.

Runner-Up Independent Contractor of the Month

Our Runner Up Independent Contractor of the Month is Anthony Gates Jr! Anthony, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since July of 2005, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Over his nearly 20-year career at Stevens Transport, Anthony has completed several leases as an independent contractor and recently joined the Million Mile Haul of Fame! When this Haul of Famer isn’t behind the wheel, he enjoys spending his free time visiting friends and family!

Justyn Norris

1st Place Grad Driver of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Grad Driver of the Month, Justyn Norris! Justyn, who joined the Stevens Transport driving force in October of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Georgia Driving Academy! Justyn has quickly established himself as a highly skilled driver, having a perfect safety and service record over the month of January and winning this great award! When asked what goals lay ahead, Justyn mentioned that his eyes are set on becoming a Haul of Famer and driver trainer in the coming years! Outside of work, Justyn, a certified mechanic, enjoys working on and driving cars!

Michael King

Runner-Up Grad Driver of The Month

Our Runner Up Grad Driver of the Month is Michael King! Michael, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2022, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Michael has set himself apart from the competition since becoming a solo driver, averaging nearly 12,000 miles in his first six months as a driver! When asked why he chose Stevens Transport, Michael said, “I knew that I needed the best training in the industry if I wanted to achieve my goals as a driver!” When he isn’t behind the wheel, Michael enjoys spending his free time with friends and family!

Junitor Haynes & Joshea Huff

1st Place Team of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Team Drivers of the Month, Junitor Haynes and Joshea Huff! This dynamic duo started their journey at Stevens Transport in March of 2021, following their graduation from Tennessee truck Driving School! As a team, this duo has been able to run nearly 25,000 miles per month, ranking them as one of the most successful teams in the entire company! In the coming years, this duo plans to purchase their own truck and work to join the Million Miler Haul of Fame! Outside of work, you can find Junitor and Joshea spending their free time traveling and visiting family!

Patrick Brown

Owner-Operator of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Owner Operator of the Month, Patrick Brown! Patrick, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since March of 2013, graduated with his CDL from Roadmaster CDL School! As a member of our driving force, Patrick has established himself as one of the top drivers in the entire industry, running nearly two million miles, and maintaining a perfect safety record during his tenure. When he isn’t behind the wheel, Patrick enjoys working on cars and building businesses!

Laterria Caldwell

Trainer of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Trainer of the Month, Laterria Caldwell! Laterria, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since September of 2021, following her graduation from Tennessee Truck Driving School! As a driver trainer, Laterria enjoys maximizing her earnings while also helping other men and women sharpen their skills in this industry! Since becoming a driver trainer, Laterria has successfully trained eight new drivers to become solo drivers at Stevens Transport! Outside of work, Laterria enjoys spending her free time visiting friends and going to church!

Owen Walters Jr.

Runner Up Trainer of the Month

Our Runner Up Trainer of the Month is Owen Waters Jr! Owen, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since May of 2021, following his graduation from the Stevens Driving Academy! As a driver trainer, Owen has successfully trained 56 new drivers into successful solo drivers and members of the Stevens Transport driving force! Owen is known by his trainees as an incredible mentor that connects with his students as both a teacher and a friend! When he isn’t training a new driver, Owen enjoys watching sports and spending time with family!

Timothy Wilkerson

1st Place Dedicated Driver of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our Dedicated Driver of the Month, Timothy Wilkerson! Timothy, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2016, graduated with his CDL from Georgia Driving Academy! Timothy started his career as an OTR driver, and with hard work, determination, and dedication, Timothy received an opportunity to become part of the Stevens Transport comfort zone fleet. Timothy’s loyalty, leadership, and excellent customer service skills have proven him to be of great value to this division. Outside of work, Timothy enjoys spending time with his family and friends!

Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month

Our Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month is Timothy White Jr! Timothy, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since May of 2019, graduated with his CDL from Careers Worldwide CDL School! As a member of the Kraft Dedicated team, Timothy has taken the steps to purchase his own truck in the coming months, a goal he is eager to achieve! Over the month of January, Timothy was able to run nearly 14,000 miles, earning him this great award! Outside of work, Timothy enjoys traveling and meeting new people!
