1st Place Company Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Company Driver of the Month, Adly Michaels! Adly, a United States Air Force veteran, joined the Stevens Transport family in 2020 after obtaining his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy. Adly is a member of our Kraft dedicated fleet, and after driving nearly 15,000 miles in July, Adly made a great case to win this award. Outside of work, Adly enjoys spending his free time traveling with family.

Derick Ford
Runner Up Company Driver of the Month
Our Runner-Up Company Driver of the Month is Derick Ford! Derick, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since 2001, has added another award to his impressive resume! Over Derick’s two decades as a driver at Stevens Transport, Derick has driven over two million miles accident-free miles and cemented himself as one of the top drivers in our entire industry. Outside of work, Derick enjoys spending time with his family at home in Mississippi!

Michael Woods
1st Place Independent Contractor of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Independent Contractor of the Month, Michael Woods! Michael is a Haul of Famer at Stevens Transport who has taken advantage of every opportunity at Stevens Transport. Starting as a company driver, Michael took the opportunity to advance his career by becoming an independent contractor and then took the opportunity to join a dedicated team! Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending his free time watching movies and relaxing!

Chakiesha Bullock

Our Runner Up Independent Contractor of the Month is Chakiesha Bullock! Chakiesha joined the Stevens Transport driving force in 2021 after obtaining her CDL from Georgia Driving Academy! Chakiesha has the goal of becoming an owner-operator, and by taking the opportunity to join the Stevens Transport Independent Contractor Division, Chakiesha is well on her way to accomplishing her goal! Outside of work, Chakiesha enjoys catching up on her favorite Netflix shows!

Rodrecus Canady
1st Place Grad Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Grad Driver of the Month, Rodrecus Canady! Rodrecus is new to the driving industry, having obtained his CDL from Careers Worldwide CDL School in April of this year. As a rookie driver, Rodrecus is off to a hot start, having run nearly 12,000 miles in his second month as a solo driver! Rodrecus has the goal of becoming an owner-operator and we are very excited to watch him pursue that goal at Stevens Transport!

Joe Aldridge
Runner-Up Grad Driver of The Month
Our Runner Up Grad Driver of the Month is Joe Aldridge! Joe, who recently graduated with his CDL from Georgia Driving Academy, has been a member of our driving force since April of this year. This Georgia native has been a solo driver for two months now and he is already making waves. Joe attributes his success thus far to the training that he received from veteran drivers at Stevens Transport. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Mosi!

Tobey Spears & Brent Collins
1st Place Team of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Team Drivers of the Month, Tobey Spears and Brent Collins! Tobey and Brent are friends and Florida natives that made the decision to get their CDLs are team up in October of 2018. After graduating from Tampa Truck Driving School, this duo joined Stevens Transport and started their journey toward the Haul of Fame. This team is currently sitting at 850,000 miles and they are well on their way to becoming Million Milers!

Owner-Operator of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Owner Operator of the Month, Gerald Dubriel! Gerald has been a valued member of the Stevens Transport driving force for a quarter of a century! During his 25 years with Stevens Transport, Gerald has touched every corner of our company, bought a fleet of trucks, and driven over two million accident-free miles, putting him in the Haul of Fame! Outside of work, Gerald enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Josephine!

Trainer of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Trainer of the Month, Michael Hagen! Michael, who joined the Stevens transport driving force in 2017, graduated with his CDL from Georgia Driving Academy! Michael has gone above and beyond with training new drivers, having trained over 30 students during his tenure! When asked about his favorite part of being a trainer, Michael said he loves the ability to teach new drivers and make friends at the same time! Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending his free time fishing!

Our Runner Up Trainer of the Month is Jesse Randel! Jesse, a Stevens Driving Academy graduate, has been a trainer since the beginning of 2022! After graduating with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy, Jesse was inspired by his trainer to become a trainer himself. With the goal of helping new drivers start a successful career in this industry, Jesse loves the opportunity to maximize his earnings while giving back some of his knowledge to his fellow drivers!

Andres Orozco-Ayala
1st Place Dedicated Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Dedicated Driver of the Month, Andres Orozco-Ayala. Andres, a member of our Midwest rail team, has been a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since 2021. Andres graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy and spent a year as an OTR driver before joining the division that allowed him to operate close to his hometown, Chicago, Illinois! Outside of work, Andres enjoys spending his free time watching the Chicago Bears!

Our Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month is Edgar Dimas! Edgar joined the Stevens Transport driving force in 2021, shortly after obtaining his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! Edgar, a Spring, Texas native, is a member of our Texas regional team, a division that gives him the ability to travel the highways he has driven his whole life. Outside of work, Edgar enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys!
