1st Place Company Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Company Driver of the Month, Javier Baquedano Diaz! Javier, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2022, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Over the month of March, Javier set the bar high and earned this award by running nearly 13,000 miles and maintaining a perfect safety and service record. Javier was drawn to a career at Stevens Transport by his desire to drive the newest and most high-tech trucks on the road! Outside of work, Javier enjoys spending his free time watching sports and traveling!

Jeffrey Thomas
Runner Up Company Driver of the Month
Our Runner Up Company Driver of the Month is Jeffrey Thomas! Jeffrey, a Stevens Transport legend, joined our driving force in 1994, following his graduation from the Stevens Driving Academy! Over his near three decades as a driver at Stevens Transport, Jeffrey has driven over four million miles, won numerous driver of the month awards, and mentored countless drivers! In the month of March, Jeffrey continued to roll strong, running 12,500 miles, and earning this great award! Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family!

Russell Barnhardt
1st Place Independent Contractor of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Runner Up Independent Contractor Driver of the Month, Russell Barnhardt! Russell, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since November of 2020, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Russell started his career at Stevens Transport as a company driver, before taking the next steps and furthering his career by becoming an Independent Contractor and starting down the path to truck ownership! When he is not behind the wheel, Russel enjoys spending his free time reading and visiting family!

Runner-Up Independent Contractor of the Month
Our Runner Up Independent Contractor of the Month is Imioan James! Imioan, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since June of 2022, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Over the month of March, Imioan set the bar high, running 13,000 miles and maintaining a perfect safety record! As an independent contractor, Imioan enjoys running his own business while traveling the country hauling freight for Stevens Transport. Outside of work, Imioan can be found catching up on his favorite shows on Netflix!

Joshua Chirstmas
1st Place Grad Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Grad Driver of the Month, Joshua Christmas! Joshua, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since January of 2023, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Joshua was drawn to a career in the trucking industry by a desire to travel the country while making a great living! In his first months as a solo driver, Joshua led all new drivers by running 11,000 miles, thus earning himself this incredible award! Outside of work, Joshua enjoys relaxing and visiting with his family!

Runner-Up Grad Driver of The Month
Our Runner Up Grad Driver of the Month is Frantz Caudio! Frantz, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since December of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Tampa Truck Driving School! As a new driver, Frantz knew that he would need the best training in the industry to achieve his goals, so he joined Stevens Transport and hasn’t looked back since! In just his first few months as a new driver, Frantz is already performing amongst the top new drivers in the fleet and is well on his way to achieving his goals in this industry! When he isn’t behind the wheel, Frantz enjoys watching movies and trying new restaurants around the country!

Vance & Christy Wheeler
1st Place Team of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Team Drivers of the Month, Vance and Christy Wheeler! Vance started his career at Stevens Transport in February of 2010, and nearly a decade later in 2019, Christy made the decision to get her CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy and join her husband on the road! Now four years later, this dynamic duo has been one of the top teams in the entire industry, having won countless driver of the month honors, and even joining the Million Miler Haul of Fame! In the month of March, the Wheeler family was able to run nearly 30,000 miles, earning themselves this great award! Outside of work, Vance and Christy enjoy spending their free time traveling and visiting family!

Douglas Pena
Owner-Operator of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Owner Operator of the Month, Douglas Pena! Douglas, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since March of 2008, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College in Houston, Texas! As a driver at Stevens Transport, Douglas achieved his dreams of truck ownership, as well as driving nearly two million, earning him a spot in the Stevens Transport Haul of Fame! When he isn’t behind the wheel, Douglas enjoys spending his free time traveling and relaxing with his wife!

Trainer of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Trainer of the Month, Andy Richardson! Andy, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since March of 2019, graduated with his CDL from Georgia Driving Academy! As a driver trainer, Andy has successfully trained 40 new drivers to become highly skilled professional drivers at Stevens Transport! Andy was drawn to training new drivers by a desire to help others, while also maximizing his earnings! Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending his free time watching football and spending time with friends!

Latrell Martin
Runner Up Trainer of the Month
Our Runner Up Trainer of the Month is Latrell Martin! Latrell, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since April of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Diesel Driving Academy! In the month of March, Latrell set the bar high, running an incredible 17,500 while successfully training his sixth new driver, and earning this incredible award! Latrell accredits all of his success in this industry to his own trainer, and due to this, he was inspired to become a driver trainer, himself! Outside of work, you can find Latrell spending his free time exercising and being outside!

Dennis Crouch
1st Place Dedicated Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Dedicated Driver of the Month, Dennis Crouch! Dennis, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since November of 2020, graduated with his CDL from Diesel Driving Academy! Dennis started his career as a company driver, before taking the next steps in advancing his career and joining the Kraft Dedicated team! As a Kraft dedicated driver, Dennis enjoys hauling freight for one customer and becoming more familiar with his regular shippers and receivers! Outside of work, Dennis enjoys spending his free time with his friends and family!

Mytch Imbert
Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month
Our Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month is Mytch Imbert! Mytch, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since May of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Tampa Truck Driving School! Mytch, a member of our intermodal division, enjoys playing the vital role in carrying freight to and from our rail partners to be delivered from coast to coast! Mytch enjoys this role, as it allows him to work closer to home and become more familiar with the shippers and receivers in his region! When he isn’t behind the wheel, you can find Mytch spending time with family and enjoying new food on the road!
