Pablo Narvaez Gracia
1st Place Company Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating Company Driver of the Month, Pablo Narvaez Garcia! Pablo, a graduate of the Stevens Driving Academy, has been a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2015. Over the month of November, Pablo set himself apart from the competition, running nearly 12,000 miles and boasting a perfect service record, earning him this incredible award! In the coming months, Pablo is excited to reach his long-term goal of joining the Million Mile Haul of Fame at Stevens Transport! Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending his free time making memories with his family!

Robert Belford
Runner Up Company Driver of the Month
Our Runner Up Company Driver of the Month is Robert Belford! Robert, a graduate of the Stevens Driving Academy, has been a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since July of 1995. Over his nearly 28-year career, Robert has become one of the most accomplished drivers in the entire trucking industry, having run over 3.5 million miles! When asked what advice he may have for a new driver in this industry, Robert said, “you can never stop learning, continue to improve as a driver, and you will find success.” Outside of work, Robert enjoys cooking, watching football, and spending time with his friends and family!

Tim Grissum
1st Place Independent Contractor of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Independent Contractor Driver of the Month, Tim Grissum! Tim, a Careers Worldwide CDL School graduate, joined the Stevens Transport driving force in December of 2018. After starting his career as a company driver, Tim took the next steps to accelerate his career by joining the Stevens Transport Independent Contractor Divsision and starting a lease. In November, Tim had an incredible month, running nearly 16,000 miles, earning himself this award! Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending his free time traveling and exploring the great outdoors!

David Allen
Runner-Up Independent Contractor of the Month
Our Runner Up Independent Contractor Driver of the Month is David Allen! David, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since March of 2022, is a Careers Worldwide CDL School graduate. David is a relatively new member of our Independent Contractor Division, but his hard work and dedication have quickly elevated him to award-winning success! With goals of becoming a million miler and owner-operator, we are very excited to see all that David accomplishes in the future! Outside of work, David can be found spending time relaxing and watching Netflix with his family!

Cleveland Freeman III
1st Place Grad Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Grad Driver of the Month, Cleveland Freeman III. Cleveland, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Tampa Truck Driving School. Cleveland was drawn to a career at Stevens Transport by the stellar equipment and the reputation for having one of the best training programs in the entire industry. Over the month of November, Cleveland set himself atop the other grad drivers, running over 7,000 miles and having a perfect service record. Outside of work, Cleveland can be found listening to music and spending time with friends!

Derrian Davis
Runner-Up Grad Driver of The Month
Our Runner Up Grad Driver of the Month is Derrian Davis! Derrian, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since August of 2022, graduated with his CDL from Lone Star Community College. Derrian had a great month over the span of November, running nearly 7,000 and having a perfect service record. Derrian is excited to work towards his goal of one day owning his own truck and becoming an owner-operator with Stevens Transport! Outside of work, Derrian enjoys spending his free time watching sports and spending time with his friends and family!

1st Place Team of the Month
Please join us in congratulating our Team Drivers of the Month, Chris and Suzanne Cooper! Chris and Suzanne are not strangers to the spotlight, as this dynamic duo won 2021 Team Drivers of the Year! Adding another award to their already impressive resume, this team continues to set the bar across the entire industry when it comes to success as a team. When these two aren’t sharing time behind the wheel, they like to spend their free time visiting with family and spending quality time together at home!

Natividad Arredondo
Owner-Operator of the Month
Please join us in congratulating Natividad Arredondo on being awarded Owner Operator of the Month! Natividad, a graduate of the Stevens Driving Academy, earned his CDL and joined the Stevens Transport driving force in August of 2011. As a member of our driving force, Natividad has reached incredible milestones, such as joining the Million Miler Haul of Fame, and winning several Driver of the Month Awards. As an Owner Operator, Natividad loves the ability to own his own business and operate under the Stevens Transport umbrella. Outside of work, Natividad can be found spending time with family and watching documentaries.

Marcos Weimer
Trainer of the Month
Please join us in congratulating Marcos Weimer on being awarded Trainer of the Month! Marcos, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since September of 2020, graduated with his CDL from Careers Worldwide CDL School. Marcos started his journey as a driver trainer at the beginning of 2022 and has been an all-star ever since. When asked about his favorite part of being a driver trainer, Marcis said, “it is a great feeling to be able to help new drivers become successful in this industry, while maximizing my earnings at the same time!” Outside of work, Marcos enjoys spending his free time watching movies and relaxing!

Marion “Lamar” Hayes
Runner Up Trainer of the Month
Our Runner UpTrainer of the Month is Marion” Lamar” Hayes. Lamar, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since May of 2012, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy. As a trainer at Stevens Transport, Lamar has successfully trained 124 students, and driven nearly two million miles, cementing himself as one of the top drivers in the entire industry. In the coming months, Lamar has goals of reaching that two-million-mile mark and eventually training his 150th student! Outside of work, Lamar enjoys spending his free time watching sports and visiting his friends and family!

Dale “Bob” Lockrey
1st Place Dedicated Driver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating Dedicated Driver of the Month, Dale “Bob” Lockrey! Bob, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since January of 2007, graduated with his CDL from United States Truck Driver Training School. During his tenure with Stevens Transport, Bob has won several Driver of the Month awards, as well as joining the million-mile Haul of Fame. Over the month of November, Bob set himself atop the Rail Dedicated drivers in miles, as well as having a perfect service record. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending his free time watching football and staying out of the Michigan snow!

Carlos Kerchner
Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month
Our Runner Up Dedicated Driver of the Month is Carlos Kerchner! Carlos, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since October of 2020, graduated with his CDL from Tennessee Truck Driving School. As a member of the Kraft Dedicated team, Carlos loves the ability to run regular routes and familiarize himself with the shippers and receives that he regularly visits. In November, Carlos was able to successfully run an incredible 14,000 miles, all while maintaining a perfect service and safety record. When he isn’t behind the wheel, Carlos can be found spending time with family or trying new restaurants!
